RESOLVE VENTURES ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – August 13, 2018 – Resolve Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: RSV) (the “Company”) is pleased to confirm the effective date for the consolidation of one (1) postconsolidation share for every one-and-a-half (1 1/2) pre-consolidation shares, as announced on August 3, 2018.
The name and symbol of the Company will remain the same. Effective at the opening on August 15, 2018, the shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
Post-Consolidation Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value of which approximately 4,813,864 shares are issued and outstanding.
